سندرم بروگادا
Brugada syndrome has 3 different ECG patterns:
Type 1 has a coved type ST elevation with at least 2 mm J-point elevation a gradually descending ST segment and a negative T-wave.
Type 2 has a saddle back pattern with a least 2 mm J-point elevation and at least 1 mm ST elevation with a positive or biphasic T-wave. Type 2 pattern can occasionally be seen in healthy subjects.
Type 3 has a saddle back pattern with less than 2 mm J-point elevation and less than 1 mm ST elevation with a positive T-wave. Type 3 pattern is not uncommon in healthy subjects. The pattern seen on the ECG is persistent ST elevations in the leads V1-V3 with a RBBB appearance with or without the terminal S waves in the lateral leads that are associated with a typical RBBB. A prolongation of the PR interval is also frequently seen. PR interval is also frequently seen.

CT مقابل از یک بیمار ترومایی بعمل آمده است. تشخیص؟

خانومی ۲۷ ساله است که از لنز تماسی استفاده می کند, با شکایت قرمزی درد چشم تاری دید و فتوفوبی چشم راست به اورژانس مراجعه می کند.بیمار اظهار می کند که لنزهایش را مدت طولانی در چشمش نگه می دارد و عموما با آنها می خوابد.در معاینه حدت بینایی کاهش یافته است و دید بیمار ۱۰/۲ در چشم راست می باشد.مردمک در معاینه نرمال می باشد.ملتحمه دچار احتقان می باشد و یک کدورت fluffy سفید رنگ بیضی شکل مطابق شکل روی قرنیه دیده می شود.در معاینه با slit lamp در اتاق قدامی cell &flare رویت می شود.جزئیات عنبیه و لنز به سبب کدورت قابل رویت نیستند اما در کل نرمال به نظر می رسند .
